It’s such a common mistake, but people make it all the time.  People tend to assume that their intentions for any given law are enough to justify their support of it.  This makes it awkward when a libertarian says, “I’m against the Civil Rights Act.”  Are libertarians racist or is there something more to their rejection of laws pertaining to race, ethnicity, gender, etc.?  Rollo and Slappy discuss.
